About Osten3speN

Espen was a serial killer who operated in Norway in the late 1960s and early 1970's. Espen's identity remains unknown. He coined the name "Osten3speN" in a series of taunting letters sent to the local press. These letters included four cryptograms (or ciphers), three of which have yet to be solved.
