How To Use 3 D Cc

3DCC is an app that will allow you to tweak color settings that normally can’t be edited in Windows XP, which in turn allows themes to feel more complete.

If your selected theme comes with a .3DC file, you can apply it with the 3DCc application which has been discontinued and is now hard to find. But we have mirrors!
